Simon Hewitson
Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 having trained with Tenon plc in Sunderland. Upon qualification Simon joined the Corporate Finance team at an independent practice where he gained experience in a range of lead advisory and grants assignments.
In 2003 Simon joined NM Rothschild & Sons Asset Based Lending provider, Five Arrows Commercial Finance. Simon’s role included providing funding packages to support M&A transactions, turnarounds and refinancing opportunities. This experience has provided Simon with an invaluable insight into the lending community.
Simon was educated at Hymers College, Hull, before settling in the North East after coming to the area through his degree at the University of Northumbria.
