Shawn Bone
Shawn joined BTG McInnes Corporate Finance in Newcastle in 2007 having previously been with Deloitte Corporate Finance. Shawn has significant transaction experience across a wide range of industries and now specialises in strategic advisory, private equity transactions and M&A.
Prior to joining BTG McInnes Corporate Finance Shawn joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. In 2000 Shawn joined Deloitte Corporate Finance where he was involved and led a number of significant deals including the £50m sale of Castlebeck Care, the sale of a majority interest in Durham Tees Valley Airport, the $330m institutional buy out of Britax Public Safety and a number of other transactions in the SME sector.
