BPIF McInnes Corporate is a joint venture between the British Print Industry Federation (BPIF) and BTG McInnes Corporate Finance LLP, created to help improve and accelerate consolidation within the UK printing industry. All too often companies merge or acquire for the wrong reasons and with limited advice which may result in them making the wrong decisions and creating unworkable corporate structures.
